"The staff was very accommodating. We had a small issue with our room. I called and they moved us to a nicer room. The next day, the front desk sent me a fruit and cheese plate. The indoor patio restaurant and the indoor roof top pool were hits with our family. We will definitely use the Omni next time we are in Richmond and will look for this chain in our travels."

Fast internet AND a book of Poe's works in our room. Walking distance from everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again next time we're in Richmond!"

"We first arrived on Thursday July 2nd. There was o hit water, the sink didn’t drained properly and the toilet was clogged. Breakfast was served near the lobby with no AC. It was under repair. Manager was rude and didn’t change our room until Monday July 6th. We left very unsatisfied and disappointed."

"Clean, spacious rooms. Great breakfast. My only quibble is that I’ve visited this hotel twice, six years apart, and on each visit they had huge industrial fans set up in the lobby to dry out a flood. The noise made it difficult to carry out a conversation at the reception desk and it did carry through to the breakfast area too."

"The hotel is beautiful and has a fun vibe. Unfortunately, the rooftop bar was closed when we arrived at 8pm on Sunday. We were only staying that night, so I was a bit disappointed. The restaurant was delicious, however a bit confusing on where to order. They need to be more organized for valet parking. Overall, I would stay again simply because the staff is so friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. Great location."

"Had to do a late check in, was given a room that had water leaking, smelled extremely musty and the floors were wet. Never had such an experience. Had to move rooms again late at night and the staff was barely apologetic. I do not understand how such a room could be rented out especially when the assumption is that rooms are checked and cleaned before giving out to someone. Would not recommend. Mold exposure is not what I expect from a paid hotel stay."

"Hilton was the best hotel with excellent staff always ready to assist you in anyway possible. The driver of the shuttle was the best part to me , very down to earth and lots of fun to talk to and just get to know the area.job well done to all of the staff . 5srars for me . "Fitness center was inoperable and so was the swimming pool!! It was 105 degrees outside, no exaggeration!! Breakfast staff was friendly and breakfast was good!!"

"We stayed Friday & Saturday night. We had to use our room towels for the pool Friday and Saturday. Housekeeping never came to our room on Saturday morning, so we spent the entire weekend with the same wet towels and not coffee or tea. The place seemed clean and so did the pool. the pool was never stocked with towels. breakfast we very good. Also, they charged the 50.00 deposit when we checked in and when we checked out. We are still waiting for the deposit back."

"Very good breakfast. Nice 24 hour free coffee machine. Tissue paper and toilet paper in the rooms was so cheap and of poorest quality - cheap job. The elevator was smelling of diesel fuel. The lady on night shift needs to be more friendly and smiling and welcoming rather than robotic. A robot would do a better job than your night staff. Overall good but these few irritants if improved would drastically improve your rating. Also no room cleaning for the entire weekend ??"
