"Room was great.
Food was good, but placing orders was slow. Food arrived promptly though.
My biggest problem is your phone system . I tried probably 10- 15 times to call and each time I waited for the 15-20 rings before it cut me off as none was available . The message "Please call back" or similar message came after the timeout period.
You must be loosing lots of business by not answering the phone. The only extension that picked up was the golf."

"We thought we had booked a room for 3 adults for one night turns out it was only booked for 2 and we had to pay an additional £175 for an extra person. Thought it was a bit steep. Had an early flight and although there was some breakfast choice available, it would have been better if there had been take away cups for coffee and some muffins or pastries just to grab and go. Fiona who checked us in was very pleasant although we weren't too happy to have to pay the additional £175."

"The hotel was nicely situated for the locations we wanted to visit and the staff were very helpful in providing guidance to us. We ate in the restaurant twice and enjoyed our meals."

"Overall good hotel. Location is good being close to the motorways. Hotel was clean and breakfast is good. Booked a superior room, didn't love that it looked onto the event loading area at the back, so would check location of room next time.
On the negative side, guest Wi-Fi doesn't work in the rooms, but they did give us an alternative Wi-Fi to use once we highlighted this. Staff are nice but service could be elevated in line with a...
