Cari Hotel di Hanover

"Beautiful resort and everyone was beyond friendly"

"Room service was good and service staff great. Consistently exceptional service was experienced at Miss Lou's from Ambrosia and Jonathan. It helped that this bar provided high-end drinks as well as high-end customer service. I would consider another stay at this property, especially if the buffet food quality could be improved."

"Room was very clean and kept well during the stay Staff were tremendous Food was all good book early in waiter service restaurants Pool is great Great beach with drinks service Entertainment was fun There’s a shortage of public areas when it rains but only rained once really All good"

"Fun could use better and more options of Jamaican food"

"Nothing made sense"

"The staff and parties were amazing. Everyone was very helpful at all times."

"Rooms weren’t always cleaned and restocked daily. We had to ask for certain items like washcloths, water and pop. The floors in our room were sandy. Room service was horrible. It was to be 24 hour. Either when we place an order it never made it or when it did, our burgers were raw. They ran out of food at our resort and beer. We could hear traffic all night. We also had no running water on our last morning there."

"Everything was wonderful The price could be a little lower at first."

"Staff,facility was all great"

"The Royalton Resort employee did not explained the benefits offered by Expedia when she placed an Expedia wriist bracelet on. I visited the Receptionist counter 3 days later to learn about the bracelet, that had been placed on my wrist. I was told that I had an Exoedia 10 % discount in the premises and was instructed to visit the Expdia partner desk for additional information concerning my benefits. The Resort personnel appear to be pleasant when processing vacationers requests for shuttle...

"Food was good, recommend the jerk chicken hut!"

"My husband booked this trip for my 50th birthday. When I arrived there were flowers, balloons and a birthday cake in the room! This place is amazing, we will be back in March!"

"I paid for a beachfront view however, what I received was a view of the hotel room on the other side of the building. I spoke to hotel staff I was told “the beach is to the left of you bend over and look to the right you will see the beach”. That’s not my idea of a beachfront room. I would like a refund of my money because I was bamboozled! See photo!"

"Loved the staff. All super friendly and helpful. The food was okay. The buffet food was consistent, it was lukewarm consistently. The Italian restaurant was the best of the bunch. The whole place looked “tired” and needed freshened up. The bathrooms by the pool were icky and needed constant cleaning and neither the water nor the dryer worked in both the ladies and gents. Overall the place was okay. Was it 5 star great no. I expected more for a 5 star hotel and vacation."
