"It was the worse experience, the staff was so rude, did not help. The room was pretty clean, however nothing works. The toilet was not working well, it made a horrible noise that kept us up all night. Phone, did not work to call front desk. Staff was not too helpful either. Not a good stay."

"I really want this hotel to survive, but you are living on borrowed time. You are at least 5 years behind in improvement and renovation. Carpeting, vents (rusting and filthy), damaged plaster ceilings, door key cards working 50% of the time, television in bedroom freezing in both rooms I stayed in. Eventually this property will fall in on itself. Hilton needs to invest. This is a property with great location and potential."

"my room was not cleaned even after i requested it when i asked the young man he said he could not do anything about it. he told me if i wanted clean towels i had to bring the dirty ones to him.. i called their 1-800 number and they talked to the young man and told him to bring me towels to bring to me and he didntl the customer service people assured me someone would get in touch with me and no one has. i feel like if i wanted a clean room i was going to have to do it myself."

"Check-in and checkout was very quick, professional and informative. Menu for breakfast was written on a board outside of breakfast area. This was very unique and helpful. Everything was clean and in its place. I would definitely stay again if I am ever in this area again."

Speaking of coffee, I'm pretty sure this was the first hotel I've stayed in that only had in room coffee on request. The placard said (and I'm paraphrasing) plastic stir sticks are not eco-friendly."
