Xiao Wu very patiently went through the tour routes based on how much time we have with a lovely hand-drawn cute map. We had a lovely stay despite the unexpected road works. But hotel had proactively arranged the pickup at road work section to provide us a worry free experience. We are very lucky to have a free upgrade to a lovely 270 degree Mountain View lodge, No 11 Jian Shan. We loved it. It is so spacious with a stunning mountain view and a perfect spot to watch Sunset. Hotel location is very conveniently close to West Gate of Zhangjiajie National Park, the quietest gate of all five gates. It is perfect for me as I am not great with long queues and walking along big tour groups. Overall, I would highlight recommend No 5 Vally Lodge."
