The room was clean daily, all the staff were kind and very helpful, and it was by far the best continental hotel breakfast I had ever eaten. "They are the ultimate professionals before you arrive. Thy take all the stress. From my late arrival with no luggage to making sure i got to each and every destination i planned. There was someone available day and night. Hotel is perfect location and walking distance to all major sites. The presentation is exactly as shown as the other i saw on line when i saw them were a let down and i know i made the best choice. Well worth every penny. Would absolutely only stay there."

"Very comfortable apartment with a washing machine. Much appreciated after over a week on the road beforehand. Drying rack on site. A laundry pod was provided, too. Location is in the Jewish Quarter. Great transit options nearby and loads of restaurants. One of the famous ruin bars is maybe 5 minutes away. I thought it was an ideal area. Opera house about a 10-minute walk away. Grocery stores close by, as well, if you want to self-cater. Good-sized fridge and some basic kitchen...

"The room was spacious and tastefully decorated. Large well appointed bathroom with high end fixtures. Breakfast was included - good variety including bacon and eggs. The location is superb, just off the square fronting St. Stephen’s church and surrounded by dozens of restaurants. Beautiful lobby atrium. Lastly, the front desk staff are amazing and special call-out to David Kurucz who helped us immensely during our stay."

"The room was clean and the roof bar top had a fantastic view of the river. The hotel did have mildew in the water reservoir in the coffee machine in the room. I was disappointed that we weren't offered help with our luggage. We booked through expedia and not through Hilton direct and unfortunately - I felt a bit like a 2nd class client since we didn't go direct. The River view room was nice but the view from the 2nd floor was just ok as you partially blocked by trees. You definitely want...
