"Sehr zentral gelegen. Man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß mitten in der Stadt. Trotzdem liegt das Hotel sehr ruhig und es gibt keinen Verkehrslärm. Wenige Meter entfernt gibt es tolle Pubs und auch kleine Supermärkte wenn man sich selbst versorgen möchte. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind für die Preisklasse völlig in Ordnung."

"On arrival we loved the modern ambience it instantly felt warm and inviting, the staff on the desk couldn’t have been any more helpful she had great knowledge of the area and some fantastic recommendations on top of the hospitality she showed us! The room was clean modern and well presented comfortable beds amazing shower pressure and lovely toiletries also! I have absolutely no negatives… the walk into temple bar area is around 25/30 mins the taxis were relatively pricey however no reflection...

"We had a lovely stay. The hotel was spotless with a friendly staff. Our bed was so comfortable and loved the scent of the soaps provided. We loved the location and felt it made getting around very easy. "

"It is a beautiful hotel but it was dirty and not maintained. House keeping was not good, they left our door ajar and add the "I'm out" door flag to the door. Sheets were not changed, trash cans were not emptied. We had to ask for toilet paper. No shampoo or soap in the room the first night. The area was loud with construction and homeless people. "Nice older property. You can tell it’s aging, but the staff does take care of the place. It has charm. Very conveniently located. Lots of things around for sightseeing, shopping, dining, whatever. The only rather bad part was the noise. Not the hotel’s fault at all, just a fact that ambient city noise is everywhere. Rooms were a bit warm due to rather warm, sunny weather, so that caused windows to be open which didn’t help the noise. Like I say, not the hotel’s fault. Overall, I recommend it,...

"We were first placed in a room that would have been too difficult to maneuver around the bed. The front desk personnel was so helpful, that he brought me to two other rooms to choose from. The one we finally settled on was a bit more each night, but had more room and a balcony. I wish I could remember his name to give a shout out to him... There are two other front desk personnel that I do want to give an amazing shout out to. Sorcha and Daantje were just very fun and full of information...
