Very nice modern hotel convenient for all the main attractions. On a busy road but well insulated and every member of staff was very welcoming. Only negative points was the air con was noisy for a day but quiet mostly and the bathroom door made a squeaking sound and needs oiling! Breakfast was good. Would stay again

Amazing hotel! This place really deserves 5 stars! The staff is on point with their service, super friendly and helpful. The location is great as well, 5 min walk to San Marco plaza and 10 min walk to Rialto bridge. It’s also 2 min walk to Sta Maria del Giglio which is the stop that will take you to/from the airport at a cost of 15€ (one way) rather than spending a fortune in a taxi. One of the best hotels I have stayed - small, 'boutique' feel. Lovely, friendly and helpful staff - they seemed to want us to enjoy our stay ! Stayed 2 x one night, so had 2 different rooms - both quite different, but both excellent quality & space. Dinner in restaurant was superb; breakfast buffet excellent. c. 20 minute walk into the centre of Florence, maybe 30 mins to Ponte Vecchio, or use the shuttle bus or taxis. Highly recommended - can't wait to go back !

Excellent hotel with lovely staff at breakfast!

Really comfortable twin room. Hairdryer, slippers, robes and lovely big towels. Handwash, shampoo and conditioner all included. Comprehensive coffee machine Breakfast fabulous choice of hot drinks, hot menu as well as full buffet. Would recommend but quite a walk from where we wanted to explore

Having just spent five days in Venice - this hotel is situated on the heart of the Grand Canal. The staff were fantastic, the location was superb and the hotel was excellent

It all began with my arrival at Linate airport to be faced with a taxi strike......a phone call to the charming Concierge resulted in a car arriving within 30 minutes to take me direct to the Hotel, where I was graciously received and personally taken to my very well appointed Suite. It’s simply a gorgeous hotel. An old, historic former convent but tastefully renovated without losing its charm and character. It’s quiet but not so far removed from the buzzing area of Trasteverde. The reception staff are wonderful and faultless. The breakfast staff might be a little more aware of who is present. Every time I got up to get something extra my table was cleared. Beautiful hotel, with great rooms and very nice foyer. Good to chill out in the foyer during the day for coffee and lunch in the evening for cocktails. Good hotel within minutes walk of the colosseum, and the metro.some nice restaurants on the main Street overlooking the monument worth a try for a nice evening meal. Hotel is very good standard, we booked a deluxe room and were given room 304. Room was good size with a large bed and plenty of space.
