"It’s a really quiet location. Perfect for a retreat or get away. The only downside is that the parking is limited, so don’t go in expecting a standard parking lot. The staff are all super memorable and quickly make an effort to learning your names. Everyone was super accommodating and I would definitely go again! "The room was everything and more. The view was breathtaking. I didn't get a chance to use the spa but I did visit over there and it was nice. There's not enough space to write the staff. So I'll start with Panda the bellhop and how he helped me remember where my room was. Danielle greeted me by name every time I saw her. Marcell was amazing. He remembered what hubby and I liked to drink by the pool. There's a server who welcomed us on our first day, who was simply amazing about remembering...

"Property is beautiful. I found the front desk staff not as friendly or helpful as the rest of the staff. Would have liked more food options as well. Some restaurants are closed on days so options are limited though food itself was very good. Had problems with air conditioning on the second day of our stay which was fixed relatively quickly and on the 3rd day the whole resort was without water for several hours."

"The beach and overall vibe compensate alot for the negatives. Mainly, the facilities are quite worn down. The buildings all need refreshing. Food in asian restaurant was average at best the other restaurant "feathers" was much better.
Great place to just relax and get away but for what they charge they could offer more."
