"It was fully booked so it took a little longer to check in. They made up for it with free drinks and a slightly later check out. What I appreciated the most was the extra touch of providing a fold out sofa bed already fully made, for the kids in our suite! Really thoughtful!"

"Got welcome drinks, free upgrade of room types, just pillow smelly and request for change, breakfast so so but staff give us priority because we have 2 small children , swimming pool a bit small, location is good , walking distance to desaru adventure water park, service super good."

"Brought my parents for a short getaway. Love the environment, cleanliness and the friendliness of the staffs except for an incident where my mum asked the reception for directions and was told to open her maps and follow the GPS which I find it rude. As elderly parents, she asked as she was not sure but only to get that kind of response. Other than that, the stay was good."
