"Lovely boutique hotel close to the station and centre of town - an easy walk. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Shower worked well and some toiletries were included. The breakfast was great and the staff were friendly. My only (small) issue was that the hallways are a little empty with an open stairway at the end so noise can echo around. I could hear other guests leaving their rooms in the morning. I still gave the hotel 5 stars though"

"there was no parking and no air conditioning. We were 3 people in a room and they gave us just one key which provided elevator access as well as our room access. When one person was already in the room the other two could not access the elevator to get to the room. Very inconvenient."

"Great hotel but horrible service. For example, when wanted to do laundry i had to call and remind the 3 (!) times till someone came in 40 (!) minutes. When checking out, the line was about 45-60 min wait When you order something for breakfast they simply forget. All service is very poor. But nice pool, good location and nice fascilities"

"To me from Asia, i had serious problem with electric plug/connector beside the bed, my laptop charger can not match with your connector because of the model is in small diameter, but i was in Zurich and Zermatt and i didnt find this issue. "

"Great hotel in the center. Very clean, great staff. Breakfast has various items. Parking is very expensive as everywhere in Switzerland. It would have been useful to have a mini fridge in the room."
