We booked this hotel as a transit hotel because our flight back to Vancouver was early morning and we didn't want to have to rush in the morning to beat traffic. The hotel is huge and I think we stayed in the older east wing. It's definitely a bit dated but still very comfortable. The beds were great and the room was very clean. "We stayed at the Habitat. There was no staff to assist. Signage only says check out but no check in so it was confusing, We had to seek help from the nearby friendly Karin Onsen staff. This is okay but it would be better if we were informed in advance."
