"The landscape looks tired and need improvements, and also the interior of the bathroom already looks old and definitely needs renovation. FnB service was pretty bad, we ordered room service then after waited for more than 1.hr they called us and told us that they forgot to process our order and will process later and gave us as complimentary. We finally got our order after almost 2hrs !!! At the breakfast , i ordered some eggs then after we finished breakfast the eggs never came "

"We really enjoy Langkawi because of the nice beach, white and soft sands. The hotel was just ok, with the plus points only on the beach and swimming pool. The rooms are old. The bed is so hard. The food was bad, luckily there's a restaurant called Cactus just accross the street which offers better taste for dinner. "I repeatedly reminded the front desk, both at check-in and at check-out, NOT to use the pre-approved card claim for the deposit. There were no payments to be made against the deposit. Yet the full deposit was charged to my card! And after three days, it was not credited back. A shame, fraud!"
