"room was comfortable but there was no service lift to go to upper floor which is a hassle for me as i have a big luggage with me. the water pressure in the shower was poor. serivce at the cafe d'luaq was also slow. other than that it was a pleasant stay"

"The hotel being based in the tropical environment whilst also being on the beach was incredible, and the wildlife was a real experience to be around. The staff were super friendly and helpful and drop you off around the resort on the shuttle buggy’s which is helpful where it is quite hilly!
