"We had a very pleasant stay at the Cenang in Langkawi. The room was always cleaned promptly in the morning, and the front desk team was very accomodating. The location is excellent, we could see the beach from our balcony and we were only a few feet from the sand. Thank you Cenang!"

"The stay here was not quite up to standard. They are very stingy with towels, and only allow one per guest per day. The towels they allow you are thin as tissue. Also, the toilet paper supply was very light. Worst of all the WiFi was abysmal, constantly going in and out of service. I’m also quite certain that the ice in the drinks served in the downstairs restaurant, which also handles breakfast for the hotel, is not made using purified water. Foreign travelers beware of gastrointestinal...

"It was expensive, but the location was convenient because it was close to the airport.
There was some fruit in the room, which was enough for me instead of having dinner.
I also liked that I could call the shuttle bus easily even though I’m not very confident in my English.
It was also great that all the drinks in the room were complimentary."

"A simple hotel not meant for the fussy. The only tolietries provided is toothbrush and toothpaste so do bring your own if required. The room is not clean properly, there are hair on the floor and ants on the table. However, the staff are very helpful. l complained about the aircon being too loud and the fan is not strong and they change a better room for me. Overall, the hotel is suited at a very convenient location with 7-eleven downstairs and a mall next to it."
