"The Danna Langkawi is a beautiful resort with an elegant atmosphere and many positive qualities. However, several service issues prevented our stay from meeting the five-star standard we expected.
Both check-in and check-out involved considerable waiting and could have been handled much more efficiently. We were also disappointed with the BBQ buffet dinner. The food selection felt limited, and the long queue at the BBQ station made the experience less enjoyable.

"The Westin Langkawi Resort & Spa the Jewel of Langkawi highly recommend a must stay when travelling to Langkawi.
Excellent Customer service experience, hotel facilities unsurpassed, booked a beautiful two bedroom villa Wow what an exceptional room and stay. Can't wait to book again!!"

"The landscape looks tired and need improvements, and also the interior of the bathroom already looks old and definitely needs renovation.
FnB service was pretty bad, we ordered room service then after waited for more than 1.hr they called us and told us that they forgot to process our order and will process later and gave us as complimentary. We finally got our order after almost 2hrs !!!
At the breakfast , i ordered some eggs then after we finished breakfast the eggs never came "
