"Room smelled. The floor was wet when I came in and couldn’t walk with socks on. Ventilation sucked. The bed looked like it was tore. Water wasn’t that hot and would stop up in tub. Elevator smelled as well. "

"We loved how unique this property was compared to others we’ve stayed at- the modern industrial style still felt very cozy and comfortable. The bed was super comfy. Everything was clean. The room was spacious(we had a standard king). We booked this last minute due to a problem with the hotel we had already booked. So happy we found this gem and would definitely stay at The Loom again. The only negative was the parking. It filled up very quickly due to being totally booked."

"The room was with web cows under the AC machine. The bathroom needs an update. The towels not sparkly white at all. It could be better for the price. Maybe in our next stay we will find all this points taking care of."

"Front desk was unnecessarily unkind. Staff never answers the phone so have to go down to ask for things like extra towels, TP, etc. Bathroom smelled like mildew from the shower curtain. No lotion provided. Should be downgraded to a 2 star. Def should not be a Marriott."

"Location was great. Even though we reached at 4 pm, an hour after check in time, the room was not ready and we had to wait 20 minutes at the reception. Other than this, the stay was excellent, and staff was awesome."
