"Modern and convenient"

"First and foremost I would like to thank Lucy and her team for an excellent stay! We faced some challenges, however Lucy went out of her way to ensure all was up to par and truly made it seamless! The resort was absolutely stunning! The staff made it feel like home and Lucu was the cherry on top! Due to her, our trip was incredible and I cannot thank her and the team enough! Highly recommend the place!"

"Great location. Not the friendliest staff when we visited, and the resort could do with a little more TLC in places, but a pleasant stay regardless. But we had a wonderful time. The Valentine's special was a rip off considering it was 90% the same food as the all-inclusive menu we had already paid for."

"My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay. The staff are exceptionally friendly and eager to ensure a pleasant stay. The facility was also in good condition and is clearly well maintained. There was only one glitch in our whole four night stay and it wasn't a big deal since we weren't pressed for time. "The pool side was comfortable. The beach was on site perfectly. Everyone was welcoming. Room were clean. Bathrooms clean. Access to bathroom tissues, hand washing stations, hand towels. Staff was kind and friendly. Buffet always full and stacked. I would absolutely go back to this hotel. What an experience. "
