"The stay overall was okay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The problem with the hotel I would say are the rooms. The rooms were clean and stocked when we arrived but, the beds are so uncomfortable. The beds were so firm. Along with the pillows, the pillows are so tiny and flat. It was really hard to sleep at on something so uncomfortable. I didn’t get a full nights rest due to that. Also, we never had anyone to restock the rooms with clean towel, clean sheets, toilet paper, or taking...

"From the dilapidated, deserted IHOP next-door, to the bright parking lot light shining through the inadequate curtain, it felt a little dingy. The staff were friendly and helpful. If you can’t find anywhere else, it isn’t terrible, but if you’re wanting something clean and comfortable, where you can get a good rest, I would look elsewhere."

"Staff was great. Kind and generous. We just had an issue with the cleanliness of our room. The carpet was not vacuumed. Window had hand prints everywhere. Bathroom needed a wipe down. We had to ask for toilet paper. Which is fine but I do think if they clean it and see that there is not enough on the roll for several days, it needs a new roll. However neither of us knew the room was fouled with smoke that left my wife and I with headaches and a smell in our clothes that followed us around all day.The night clerk knew it was a smoking room. "Very rundown property. The ac unit was ancient, it had buttons and dials from the 80s no reference to the temperature Paint smeared on the old rubber baseboard. Paint drips on the bathroom tile floor. Dirty comforter on the bed. (Dirt smudges) On a good note, the carpet was new, and there was a dumpster in the parking lot full of old beds and carpet. So hopefully there is an update in full swing."
