Lady at the front desk managed to check me in over three hours early - very helpful after an early arrival!

Stayed at this hotel during 26th August and 2nd September 2024 to attend my nephew's wedding. I found the staff to be very polite and helpful and they happily go the extra mile without the expectation of a tip. The hotel itself is situated next to Victory Square and other key visiting sights are walkable or a short taxi ride away. (BTW taxis are relatively cheap - can travel 5 or so miles for £3-4).
I found the hotel clean with reasonably good facilities - enjoyed the free access to the outdoor...

Super large room and very comfy bed, only spent 2 nights there and out most of the day so just back to sleep, remarkable value for such a large nice room.
Location very good, close to main mosque which we would probably not otherwise visited (nice to be able to enter even if not a muslim) Victory sq and shopping centre close as are all the other main sights.
Very friendly and helpful staff, could not fault our stay in any way.
