"Easy Access and Immediate Response by Messaging even if there are no front desk staff in the hotel. Location is good not far away from the High Street and Rail Station. Showering is a bit dangerous as it is quite slippery on the tub. Not very clean with hair left behind the curtain near the window."

"The staff were lovely, but the hotel itself needs attention, shower wasn't great, wall paper was hanging off, generally it just needs updating. The breakfast was good."

"It took the guy on reception 15 minutes to answer the bell. And another 20 minutes to find my booking. They won't let u take the room key out of the hotel. He tried to persuade my to pay more to upgrade the room. And they have a notice up saying if you give them a five star review the will give you 10 percent off a room or £5 in cash. Clearly they know the are not up to standard."

"There was no hot water for shower it was very cold water window could not be open it was very difficult to breathe it looks like the place is falling apart need complete renovation. The double bed was extremely small for two people"

"The bedroom was clean and the bed is comfortable but the elevators were out of service. You would have to climb the stairs all the way to the top with your luggage. Not cool"

"It was not clean enough as I would have expected, no staff on ground but there was communication. Family friendly"

"The property was clean, as advertised for what to expect. But the best part of the property was being right across the street from the train station. Between Thameslink and Southern you’re 20-30 minutes from the City, basically anywhere in London was reachable in under an hour. You could get here from Heathrow in about an hour by train, which ends up way cheaper than an Uber."
