"部屋は良かったが、チェックインの時天井のファンが回らない、TVが切れやすい、冷蔵庫が冷えないなどの問題があった。対応も遅かった。レストランの食事は美味しかった。オールインクルッシブで宿泊したが色々と制限はあった。チェックアウトでは、暑い中こちらは汗だくになりながら対応した。スタッフのみに扇風機があたるようになっていてお客さんの事を考えていない。ホテル自体は良いけどやってることが商業主義であった。ダイビングをしたが請求時に値段が変えられていた。 "
