"A nice hotel very clean near lots of fast food places, 20 mins walk to the beach that has a few bars and places to eat. 10min taxi ride (10/15e) or 1 hour walk into Benidorm. Bus is 2.5e to town. Small clean tidy rooms with powerful shower. Massive supermarket next door. Free coffees. The staff are lovely. I would deffo return. Ideal for a 2/3 day stay. "

"The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Our check-in was extremely efficient. Our room was spotless and the bathroom was also spotlessly clean. My wife was impressed with the Rituals range of personal care products in the bathroom. Overall an excellent place to stay."

"Muy limpio, se le notan las décadas desde que fue inaugurado, el personal muy atento. Es un destino geriátrico o para jóvenes que solo quieren beber y fiesta en las noches. Realmente nos sentimos como en Acapulco de los años 60s."

"The electronic keys to the room was not working and the staff had to come and open the room everytime. It got fixed the third day of my stay. The hotel is clean and spacious and the staff were courteous. The problem is they didn’t provide water everyday. I was told to purchase it from the bar. The breakfast buffet was ok and nothing to rave about. The hotel is a bit far from the old town and you have to take a cab to go to the old town or walk from 45 mins. Its a nice hotel for the price!"

"Je suis très déçue de mon séjour dans cet hôtel, digne d’un 2 étoiles. Tout d’abord, nous avons trouvé des poissons d’argent à trois reprises dans la salle de bain, ce qui n’est clairement pas acceptable dans un hôtel de ce standing. Le point le plus grave reste un incident très stressant : je suis restée bloquée environ 10 minutes dans la salle de bain avec une de mes filles, pendant que mon autre fille était seule dans la chambre. La porte était impossible à ouvrir et j’ai finalement dû...

"God frokost og middag på halvpensjon! Nydelig utsikt over havet fra 7.ende etasje,.men det er et hotel stort sett med bare spanske pensjonister og bare 1 prosent snakker engelsk.Har vært her en gang før (i 2023)men dette var nok siste gangen ja,jeg trives mye bedre på Poseidon Resort hvor jeg har vært mange ganger de siste årene."

"Hotel is nicely renovated and we loved our room. The location as perfect for everything we needed. Easy walk to the beach and lots of restaurants nearby. Staff are not very friendly in most areas. The main lobby often smells like sewage. We paid for all inclusive and mostly ate elsewhere as the food is both repetitive and fairly bad. Coffee and toast for breakfast and out to town where there are many affordable and delicious options. I would stay there again however would not...
