"It was easy to find, check in was quick and easy. Unfortunately the apartment was quite generally dirty which was disappointing. The bathroom had mould around the shower and taps, and the toilet brush being completely covered with black mould. The shower also had blue and orange slimy build up. The floors didn’t seem to have been vacuumed and the walls had lots of grimy scuff marks around. Everything was functional and it did what we needed it to, but the cleanliness really bought down the...

"Location was good, very handy, close to Southern Cross station. Staff were nice. I ended up having to move rooms because the room I had booked had a connecting door to the adjoining room and you could hear the neighbour. I wish this information had been clear when making the booking. Apparently all of their studio apartments have adjoining doors to other rooms. One bedroom apartment was spacious and kitchen had all utensils. TV was 55 inches I believe which is quite generous."
