"Many issues with this place. First of all, the check in experience was terrible. Armando at the front desk is very rude. The place is pretty much a 2 star in my opinion. The food options were ok but not great. The rooms were just ok. The service overall was not great."

"I love the hotel. My wife and I went here this past weekend with two other couples. Food was amazing, people were pleasant. The only minor adjustment is the speacialty restaurants. You cant reserve ahead of time and you need to be there. Is first come first serve. Other than that drinks were amazing. Buffet style restaurant it's amazing as well. "

"First stay at an all inclusive and it beat all expectations. We went in a slow season, and felt like we had the place to ourselves. The service was incredible, everyone was so friendly and helpful.
