"Understaffed, had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come. Checked in and went up to room and found door open. No one there but paint and patch work being done in approx. 10 rooms that we noticed. Went back down, luckily we caught the desk clerk in elevator to get another room After getting one our key card was not programmed correctly. Along with the strong smell of smoke and looking around we decided to leave. The place needed a big refresh."

"During my stay the staff was fantastic, breakfast was great, the rooms were very clean, my only complaint was the Internet. Signal strength wasn't the best especially after the Internet outage. Minus that I'd give it 5 star and won't knock anything off for an Internet issue."

"I had a breakdown and needed a room. The receptionist was very nice. She gave me a few extra coffees for the room and even a late checkout due to circumstances. The room was clean the bed comfortable. Very nice place"

"It had been somewhat renovated since the last time there and most of my issue was maybe needing to buy more towels and washcloths and such....they were def well used and discolored.....for the price it was quite ok....also alot quieter since last time with better "neighbors"....."
