"Parking valet was terrible. I was waiting for 15 min to get my car, then realized they forgot about it. Start asking them but they were busy with incoming clients. Total mess. 25-30min to get a car."

"AC is horrbile, very hot in rooms. In one room there was a fridge, in the other one, there were only drinks in cupboard without fridge. Excellent staff, very helpful but unforrunately can't help more. Excellent location also. Staff and location are the only good thing about the whole property"

The last advantage was the ability to access their coffee, cappuccino, and espresso machine 24/7.
