"When a hotel shares your name, you have high standards. Riad Elisa surpassed mine. The welcome when I arrived was very warm - with not only tea and cookies but the woman from customer service sitting down next to me and finding out when I wanted to do in Morocco so she could present specific ideas. "Après une très mauvaise expérience dans un autre établissement, nous avons trouvé cet hôtel et ce fut un vrai soulagement. Hôtel très propre, personnel exceptionnellement accueillant, souriant et toujours prêt à aider. Nous nous sommes sentis les bienvenus dès notre arrivée. Mes enfants ont adoré leur séjour et ne voulaient plus repartir ! Merci à toute l'équipe pour votre professionnalisme et votre gentillesse. "The hotel is well located and the staff is very courteous. Rooms were clean and I recommend having the sea view with balcony. Side note, I will advise against visiting Tangier in during peak season from mid July to end of August. Hard to enjoy your vacation when you are stuck in traffic for an hour to drive a couple of miles."

"The room had not been prepared for our children - we had to repeatedly ask to have the sofa bed done. The shower is only a trickle and sometimes completely goes off. The staff was very friendly and the hotels garden restaurant in the pool area was excellent with very friendly waiters . The pool was lovely and staff was friendly and helpful even when it was very busy. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of food. The main disappointment was that the room really Needed a proper refurb. The shower / bath were rusty and toilet paper holder fell off when I moved the toilet paper. Carpet coming off at the stairs etc. However, the hotel felt very safe and was fine for a short stay."

"This place was seriously fantastic! The views of the mountains were absolutely breathtaking, and it was so peaceful and quiet. The staff were super friendly, and the food was really good too, especially the breakfast we had at the hotel. We had a wonderful stay and would totally recommend it. It's definitely a first-class experience all around. The only problem is with the shower keeps switching up hot to cold"

"We travelled on a family holiday with our children and the Four Seasons provided expecptional service and genuine interest in making us feel welcome. They truly went above and beyond to anticpate our needs and to help us with any request, no matter what it was. Of the many hotels we have stayed, they by far have the best beds and comfortable sleeping. Bathrooms are well appointed and the breakfast buffet is amazing. We used the pool, restaurant, breakfast buffet and beach amenities and found all these services to be fantastic. Thank you to the concierge team, the food and beverage manager and the front desk manager who were kind, helpful and exceeded our expectations. It truly made the start of our Morroco trip memorable."
