"First ever all inclusive and I am so glad I chose this hotel. All food was halal. Aqua Park accommodated all ages with so many different slides and hardly a busy que. All rooms had AC, every single staff member was 5* and the hotel entertainment was a bit of something for everyone absolutely amazing. Just so your aware ice cream is not included in all inclusive apart from the dinner buffet."

"The Sofitel has great common areas and pool. They had a few restaurants but would have liked a coffee shop or quick serve cafe. The rooms were ok but a bit dated and the beds were not comfortable. Staff were all pleasant but no one went above and beyond. Location is also pretty good and the property itself is large. The best part really is the pool area. It’s a solid 4 star hotel but not a 5 star luxury."

"This Riad exceeded all my expectations! The staff was so kind and helpful from the moment I made my booking. Everything was exactly as described, actually, it’s even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The location is perfect, with easy walking access to many of Marrakech’s main attractions and the Medina. The breakfast exceeded my expectations as well. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Je tiens à signaler un problème sérieux qui a gâché mon séjour. Dès mon check-in, j'ai constaté que la chambre ne correspondait pas à ma réservation (configuration de lits non respectée). J'ai signalé le problème dans les 10 minutes suivant mon arrivée, et j'ai dû passer plus de 3 heures à la réception pour tenter de trouver une solution — au lieu de profiter des repas et de la piscine comme prévu. Aucune alternative n'a été proposée (ni lits séparés, ni lit d'appoint), me forçant à demander...

"Staff were very accommodating very lovely people went out of their way to help us with everything we asked for. Thank you very much to front desk Abdulkareem and Kadijah who helped to make us stay very special. Breakfast was good but busy at times occasionally difficult to find a table outside. outdoor pool was lovely, big never felt too crowded it has a children’s pool also.
