"there was hair in my sink the second day and then it was there the third day as well. It was a long brown hair. This lets me know that the effort to keep the room clean was minimal. In the evenings, there was activity in the lobby with kids and both those nights I could hear from my room. otherwise, the staff was nice enough. "

"Hotels.com sold a room in a hotel room in a hotel that was closed. Drove 2 hours to get there to find this out. Then drove another 2 hours to another hotel. Incredibly frustrating that the hotel owners and management do not notify hotels .com of these closures. 0/10 stars for Motel 6 or Super 8 in Albert Lea (the current is motel 6 which is closed for construction. However maps show that location as a super 8.) it was a terrible experience at 9:30pm that has scared me away from hotels.com all...
