"Good place nice home good wheater"

"We had a pleasant two nights stay at this hotel. The bedroom is nice and the bed is very comfortable. The hotel location is two stations outside the center of Amsterdam. The staff so kind and very helpfull. Cons : When we wanted very early morning to check out, the elevator and lift near hotel wasn't working, so we had to walk around a bit far to the station because we were carrying two large suitcases and we couldn't use the stairs. "Nice clean room and reasonable size for European Hotel. Close to train station, buses and trams, not much around hotel to do but one stop to Amsterdam Central. Rooms have a kitchenette but hotel doesn't have a cafe/shop has vending machines and a selection of stuff near reception. close to Spar minimart for other stuff."

"We arrived at 3:00 pm and the room was not ready until 6:00 pm. due to the fact that they don't have enough staff the cleaning of the room was usually done between 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm which made it very inconvenient since we came back from the beach and would have liked to shower during this time. Staff at check in was very impolite."

"The apartment is very beautiful, but cleanliness is one of the most important things for guests; we found the apartment with a strong, unpleasant smell, and even the spoons were dirty with food residue—the glasses and cups had dirt marks, and everything was very poorly cleaned. The sofa bed was broken, so we couldn't sleep on it and three of us had to sleep in the other bed; we complained, but nothing was done.
