"PARKRUN TOURIST as a solo traveller, who was pushed for time getting to and from the event at Zonnestraal, I took advantage of the cycle for hire. This was the quickest way to get to and from the event without a car. €18. Breakfast was sufficient. I don't eat much in the evening, so had soup and dessert on Friday. Soup was lovely, but the Panacotta was frozen and has split. Was pretty awful and the texture was all wrong."

"This is a difficult review to write because we LOVED our apartment! Until... The location of the apartment cannot be beat! It is in the heart of Hilversum with church bells, shops, restaurants all within a minute's walk. No cars are allowed on the Kerkstraat. The restaurant across the street has a large area of outdoor tables/chairs for meals/coffee/wine at most times of the day. It created a wonderful atmosphere of local hospitality! "I'm coming from another country with bags then I discover that there is only stairs to take the bags and I have to take it by myself which is very hard for me. I receive the room without cleaning and ful of insects. When I complain they didn't do anything only the security help me by changing the room"

Used glasses from bathroom to brew up -Swimming pool is quite small, no bathrobes provided in rooms so have to get changed in pool area using the single changing room"

"Nice hotel, good breakfast (especially with soy yogurt and soy milk) & perfect connection with P&R including bus to Utrecht city. If you want to do sports, I would not recommend the gym that much - but running and biking outside is perfect!"
