"The fridge and heater in my room didn’t work. Blankets smelt musky and a little of urine. The water went cold about 5 minutes into the shower and no matter how much I played with the temperature, it was ice cold. The keycard stopped working twice, had to get reception to fix it. Can’t really fault them for the guests that were loud, yelling and carrying on until 4am or whoever took my food from the kitchen, unfortunately just added to experience. Self serve laundry facility only had 2 sets of washer/dryers, no detergents dispensers available (must bring own). Always fully used, since hotel also house government sponsored long-term stay families with children (like public housing). "

"Good points - really comfy large bed and duvet, climate control in room was excellent, spacious room, great shower, nice staff, good location for shopping/eating, nice and clean, water dispenser machine at reception. Bad points - view from window was right into an office block being constructed, noise early in the morning from building work close-by, area around hotel was like a building site, noisy street with fast cars going flying up and down."

"I loved this hotel. We stayed 2 nights to see Rotterdam and travel to other locations easily by train (The Hague) and waterboat too (Kinderdijk). I would highly recommend. The staff were so friendly, helpful and kind and the location is opposite a main tram stop (Weena) and close to Rotterdam Centraal station. The room was clean and perfect for sleeping and showering in, and the cleaning staff also so kind. 10/10 from me and my teenage son "

"Colchones muy blandos. No había colgadores de tolla de ducha en el baño. Podías acceder a muy pocos sitios del barco. La zona exterior en la que podías estar solo era un pequeño espacio donde estaba una pequeña piscina vacía. No podías acceder a zonas superiores para ver. Tampoco pudimos acceder a una sala de fiesta porque había un evento privado. "
