"really lovely reception with a little drink and place to relax while they process your registration. Room was small but nicely appointed and a great turn down service. They have filtered water to drink that you don't have to pay for. And the breakfast is really nice and a gorgeous dining room. "What a nice and well located hotel. It is a quick 5 min walk to central station, if you are wanting to visit other towns/cities. Also very short walks to Anne Frank, Van Gogh, shopping the Rijks museum is also right there. Rooms are typical European sizing not much for seating but very quiet. Bathroom was a good size. Bed was comfortable.

"While the hotel and staff were great, the parking situation was terrible. The hotel parking is not directly across from the hotel, rather you have to turn onto a tiny lane that originally was for carriages, It was quite challenging. It is overall awkward because you have to pick-up a remote to open the gate (another challenging turn) and then return the remote. There is nowhere to park whilst doing the "exchange", especially when you have picked up the car, are in the tiny narrow entry-way and...

"Great location, on a quiet street. Museums, restaurants and a grocery store close by. Very friendly staff. The room was not in the best condition, but acceptable. Liked that toilet and shower was separate, especially when four people try to get ready quickly. We used the fan at night, don’t think there is air conditioning. Good hotel if the price is right."
