"It was run down and dirty. Nasty carpet, uncomfortable beds, wires all over the ceiling. Towel rack was busted in the bathroom, linoleum floor was coming up, dirty shower and ceiling. We had a "kitchenette" but there was no coffee maker or toaster and the dishes were on top of a 2" layer of dust. The creamer and coffee were in the "office" and the creamer was curdled. "The location and price were the things that made me choose this hotel. Close enough for hiking everyday and close enough to Lincoln to buy supplies. You get what you pay for is a good rule of thumb for hotels so I wasn't expecting much, but it was really good. The bed was very comfortable and there was lots of hot water, all you really need when hiking. I had booked four days, but it was raining on the last day and I got a refund with no problems."
