The Lodge At Jackson Village

"Room was clean, bed could’ve been cleaner. Otherwise the place was great. And I would definitely stay here again. Staff was great and very helpful and friendly. Great location. Pool was great. Tennis court was fun to play on. Wish I’d used the fire pit the first night we’d been there, that would’ve been nice. Breakfast was good too, eggs, bread, sausage, bacon, plenty of good foods to eat. Kids liked it a lot too. Plenty of space for the 3 of us. I’d stay here again!!"

"We stayed at T & C w 2 grandkids ages 6 & 10 in August. They enjoyed the indoor heated pool, hot tub and game room. The pool area is very warm making it super uncomfortable if you're trying to supervise your kids while dressed. The room was clean and comfortable but should have enough bath towels to accommodate 4 people not just 2. We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner during our 2 night stay. The menu offered both good kid and adult selections. The wait staff was friendly and courteous. We enjoyed sitting in the Adirondack chairs outside before dinner but was disappointed on the 2nd night when they weren't returned to their spots after mowing. This was our 2nd year staying at T & C as it's both picturesque and close enough to Santa's Village."

"The staffing at the restaurant left room for improvement. It seemed to me they were understaffed and the staff that was there was inexperienced. The staff however was very pleasant and apologized for the glitches. One of our meals was completely compensated to make up for the inconvenience which was very much appreciated."
