"Room was clean and staff were friendly on the 2nd night. The first night we got ignored by the desk agent and then when the other agent finally assisted us we asked for a quiet room and she placed us in the noisiest room available, right next to the kitchen and street window where their loading trucks are running along with loading. A lot of noise from banging and workers yelling. I would suggest you ask to see the room if you looking for a quiet room."

"Called 3 times requesting an early check in as we were in town for a wedding. Said they would call by 1:00 and never did. We just chose to show up and try to check in and all our paperwork and keys were ready so we felt ignored and not prioritized. Also unfortunate that their pool bar opens at 4:00 and not sooner for those enjoying the amenities during the daytime. "Glad we chose this hotel for our one night stay and wish we were able to stay longer to enjoy the amenities more. Great expansive breakfast especially for free, compared with most continental breakfasts. The pool and spa on the roof was fantastic way to start my day after using the fitness room. Never have I stayed at a Hyatt property with this being Hyatt Place Albuquerque Airport and it be so terrible.
