Cari Hotel di New Mexico

"I booked a 5:30 p.m. spa treatment and told the staff at booking that my phone had no service anywhere on the resort property. While I was soaking, the spa called at 4:51 and 5:02 p.m. to say the therapist could not arrive on time and ask if I could move to 6:30. I saw the messages at 5:15 but still had no service to call back. When I arrived at the spa at 6:15, I was told my appointment had been canceled because I had not responded. "So loud!!! And way too dark.. .they need brighter, lightbulbs in the rooms. I literally tripped twice."

"The hotel is in a great location The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly. There was an amazing breakfast buffet as well as another at dinner time which we did not attend but that was a first for me! Both buffets were included with your stay. What more could you ask for!"
