"Be aware there is an additional daily “Resort fee” that you will be billed separately. To be clear: this is NOT A RESORT but a bit of an upgraded old 2 story motel from the 70s/80s on a busy city corner"

"The location was perfect, just off the Santa Fe plaza. Being on the plaza would have been a bit noisy. The staff were super helpful and genuinely nice, willing to have a conversation with you, if you wanted. The hotel was spectacularly clean and my room was well maintained. My wife and I liked it so much that we booked another stay for a month later. The Drury hotel and its entire staff were what really made our trip fantastic!"

"I pains me to write this review as I a loyal Hyatt customer. I will make this quick and too the point. The room and the whole property is in need a a complete renovation. Never have I stayed at a Hyatt property with this being Hyatt Place Albuquerque Airport and it be so terrible. Ill start by the state of the building from outside it looks ok not too bad but once you walk in you notice its quite dated. "It was great! Wonderful staff, especially the bartender who gave me a ride in her car to my building, when she saw that I was using a cane. She also bartended the party that we were attending, and served a great Prosecco! The front desk staff were very sweet and helpful. The room was perfectly comfortable!"
