"I booked this property with the guarantee of pool and hot tub. The facilities were closed; nothing ever listed, notified, discount, voucher, nothing. We were told to book a spa service to use a hot tub. I was very excited due to this being a stopping/resting point on a road trip back home from CA to CO."

"We really enjoyed our stay, and the hotel was right across the street from the Kiva Auditorium where we had tickets to a program. It was easy to find, and easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go from the hotel. "

"We didn’t have much interaction with the staff. The hotel itself is nice however I found one strand of hair folded in the towel and one still attached to the shower wall! You would think at those nightly rates they would do a better housekeeping!"

"This is a very nice hotel with easy parking and check in/out. The front desk employees and bartender at the restaurant were incredibly nice and helpful. My room was decent - near the elevator so a bit of noise and my bedding seemed a bit worn out. Otherwise my stay was great and I’d stay here again! "
