"Well, when you wake up in the morning and there’s a major police presence in the parking lot as you head out to breakfast and when you come back and there’s an area roped off with crime scene tale and what looked like police markers inside the taped off area like it was a site of a shooting you Probably really can’t give the place a good review. They also refused to refund the second nights stay. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!"

"Room was very clean. It is an old hotel but the most comfortable beds and pillows. They keep the place immaculate condition. Only issue was bathroom door is a barn style door and does not completely close so you hear everything."

"Poor signage to indicate where elevator was located in lobby. Phone in room non-working. Outlets need updated. Lighting in room dim. Amenities lacking include a refrigerator (necessary for folks who have meds that need refrigeration). Toilet had issues where flushing took few tries and it’s very loud. Bathtub/shower hazardous as it’s slick and no safety measures. Cold water knob had major cracks in the tile. Overall, updating is needed. Appreciated the room size and comfortable beds."

"Beautiful rooms, fabulous swimming pool and golf course, great food in The Council Room, friendly staff, lively casino. We have stayed here many times and always keep coming back."

"Great property within walking distance of the Plaza with is nice, but they also have a courtesy shuttle. Buffet breakfast is good and they also have breakfasts you can order off a menu at reasonable cost. Easy parking in front of our room. We’ve enjoyed staying at this location numerous times on our trips to Santa Fe."

"From all the times I have stayed at the Embassy this last time was awful, the air conditioner did not work, we went and reported it down stairs 3 times, there was no trash in bathroom, the TV in the bedroom did not work, there was popcorn on the couch the entire night the temperature was 84. Management said they were going to discount the room that has not happened."

"Staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were modern and clean. Only the food could be better. The breakfast was disappointing. No Cheese, no sliced meat, only filtered coffee. I would happily pay more for a better breakfast. Nonetheless we had a good time there and can recommend the hotel."

"When we checked in, they gave us an occupied room. We had to go downstairs and get another room and it was not the room we paid for when letting the staff know she gave us an attitude. Finally, they gave us the room we reserved."

"Clean room. The four pillows provided were flat. Parking included. Quiet area and within walking distance of locations. Free breakfast, but no non pork breakfast meats. Ordered cheeseburger in restaurant and waited 10 minutes for mustard! She cleaned a table, went into the kitchen, served food, and made drinks while I waited. Finally I went up to her, she forgot and said she’d bring it to me. I went back to her and told her I’ll take here. Cheeseburger was cold."

"I was able to reserve a room on the first floor to accommodate myself and my sister. Everything was ready even tho we arrived a little early. I loved that the linens were NOT bamboo as those do not fee comfortable to my skin. The bed was firm and we slept well."

"The room was beautifully re-done. Wonderful bed and nice bathroom. The water pressure in the shower could have been better, but overall the room was great. The hot tub was very dirty when I arrived. After telling the staff it was much cleaner the next day. The pool was clean and beautiful."
