"I booked this property with the guarantee of pool and hot tub. The facilities were closed; nothing ever listed, notified, discount, voucher, nothing. We were told to book a spa service to use a hot tub. I was very excited due to this being a stopping/resting point on a road trip back home from CA to CO."

"Maintenance of exterior of B&B is lack luster at best. Rooms are ok..little to no hot water and/or water pressure. No AC was being used, so windows and fan had to suffice and room was quite hot during the daytime. Location is very close to Ski Valley and hiking which was nice. No TV or phones in rooms. Breakfast is extremely good, although only served for one hour every morning. Would not stay here again, there are better choices in the area."

The room was fantastic very very commentating staff and open the Pines and right across the street from Ryuso Downs horse track so if you’re a better race track enthusiast horse racing it’s right across the street. Can’t get any better now."
