"The coffee machine in my room was broken. Even after mentioning it twice it was not replaced. We asked for housekeeping twice during our 4 night stay and that was not provided either. It was disappointing . The location was excellent with plenty of parking."

"Flew all day from alaska. They overbooked and sold our reserved room and were rude and dismissive and non helpful. There was a concert in town so all other hotels were booked. We drove around ABQ in 4 different Ubers trying to find anywhere to sleep. Finally at 330 in the morning got the last room at the motor lodge for five times its normal price (gouged) but we had no choice. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at the Hyatt place. I will be calling corporate and not going to...

"Absolutely fabulous great away. Such friendly kind and helpful staff. Could not have had a better experience. Clean hotel, HUGE rooms. Ask and they can bring in a microwave, refrigerator, roll in bed. Staff was incredible. Gorgeous pool and hot tub."
