Cari Hotel di Selandia Baru

"We stayed here for a week in October 2026. We loved this hotel. The rooms and property were great. The dinning was a bit expensive. The buffet was not worth the cost. But we loved our room and the toiletries were a plus. It's conveniently located downtown but not a lot of sit down dining options near by. But there are plenty of scooters to rent which makes traveling the city easy and fast. The roof top pool and hot tub were also nice. The staff were also great at this hotel. Very nice and...

"Very quiet location close to Queenstown central . Room was serviced to a high standard , restaurant staff lovely . Breakfast is expensive but had on last day and was not disappointed. Only downside encountered was it was park where you like so if you weren’t in car park late afternoon early evening often no parks left in complex . We stayed in a 2 bed room, good size , large shower space but bathroom on the small side. Overall great stay and would recommend."

"Location and staff"

"Nice hotel in a central location"

"Everything was excellent. We were upgraded to a studio self contained room at no extra cost. This was great as we had washing machine/dryer and kitchenette, giving us option to wash clothes after big day and cook food if required. Great hotel that has made our stay memorable."

"Excellent location and nice hotel. Good breakfast."

"Very small room ! Bathroom is a tardist within the room, not much privacy ie showering or using the toilet. Breakfast was good and the staff were excellent. Shame the room felt like a prison cell, the hotel was in a great location."

"Perfect spot to stay for a Spark Arena concert. Staff were lovely and it made the night a breeze. Highly recommend."

"The only big problem for me was that the smell in the room was WAY to strong I felt a little sick when I woke up but other then that it was really good"

"We had to wait half an hour coz they couldn’t find our booking, later realised their mistake and asked us to take another room because they had miss allocated. We agreed as they had upgraded us from two bedrooms to an apartment however upon moving we noticed it was a run down apartment with no aircon. Staff was great and acknowledged the mistake, gave us better accommodation the next day but overall the property is old and not worth the money unless you’re in the Lakeview apartment which has...

"Everything was tidy and new. Staff were friendly and polite. Would go again :)"

"Asked for a water view and got it albeit a bay rather than the main lake. It was still a water view. So very convenient to the CBD, just a walk down a hill and through a park and you are there. Comfy bed, laundry in the bathroom. Staff attended to broken grate in shower promptly although we asked about a heat pack and they didn’t come back to us. Needed to phone externally as no reference in house on how to phone reception. Paid parking was worth it."

"Great facilities. Easy walk into town. Nice to find an off street park too."

"Very good, excellent, I happy to stay here"

"Helpful foh staff, accommodating my fear of heights giving us a liwer ground floor room. Beautiful room with everything needed. We only stayed 1 night for a concert but would definitely come back again."

"We had a really good stay at Auckland City Hotel. The location was convenient, the room was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was a great option for staying in the city and being close to everything. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would happily consider staying here again. 😊"
