"It was a good stay. We were there during a Halloween Dark Harbor event so it was very noisy until about 11 o’clock at night which was fine with us. The property is beautifully creepy. There is a lot of history to look at and in the end, we had a good time."

"Don't expect good service, or even friendly service. Expect the staff to do loud work in the courtyard at 815am. Expect dour looks at routine requests. Expect dated rooms and a clunky layout. In other words, don't expect much"

"The hotel is a bit old. It's great if you're looking to stay in a property with a historical aspect. Check-in was troubling. I don't recall on the Hotel's description here on Expedia or on their own website that the deposit was $400 up front. I stayed for 6 days so that should have been around $170.
