"Very out-dated, shower with mold, in need of a major refresh."

My pregnant friend had to sleep in the vehicle because of the awful conditions, after she got stuck in the bathroom because the door got stuck. I called beforehand to let them know we would be checking in late with our ETA, it took over 10 minutes to wake up the person working the front...

"My first room had a toilet that didn't stop running. The room they moved me to had a door that stuck. This place needs a clean up. Also there was no breakfast buffet. The only saving grace was the wait staff for breakfast. They were wonderful. Please work on improving this location."

"We had to clean our own room take out our own trash after spending over 700.00 dollars for three nights. The " house keeper" was on our floor all three days and didn't even touch our room. My wife had to go to the front desk to get supplies two days in a row. The front desk said "they were understaffed". We have stayed here twice and we have to stay in Ronoake Rapids one more weekend. It's a good thing there are two more hotels right next to this one. Hilton should be ashamed. The Holiday Inn...
