"Quiet location, yet close to great facilities in the university area."

"Great stay, fantastic staff."

"We had 3 rooms booked for a special Titanic birthday weekend Unfortunately there had been flood water damage in the rooms - we were not notified til we got there that they could not accommodate us and we were relocated to the Marriott hotel - Couldn't;t do enough for us - complimentary cocktails 1 round - all transfers paid for but we felt we missed out on the luxury theme boutique hotel. Ruben on reception deserves a special mention for customer service."

"The machines to get your own key card wasn't working. The music at the reception is really loud, it feels like a nightclub."

"The room was nice and clean, staff were helpful, the staff in the lounge were super friendly, lots of nice places to sit and relax in the lobby"

I felt the woman on reception was dismissive and condescending to me. I didn't get my room until after 4pm. She told me my room was "almost ready" several times, which it wasn't. She even said she went to my room and the cleaning staff were in it. If she was honest about the room's avail I could...

"Central location, lovely clean room. Very helpful and friendly staff. Would stay again."
