"Overall good, perfect location for the train station. Washrooms need updating, shower was from ancient times. The toilet required a complex ritual to make it work"

"The room was clean, quiet and beautifully decorated. For my purposes this is fine, however it was a little disappointing that the soap and shampoo dispensers were empty. Some of the fixtures like taps and plug sockets did not seem to be installed correctly either as they wobbled. This is a small concern though, so long as I don't get electrocuted. Staff were wonderfully polite and helpful though. And the location is excellent for those visiting the arena."

"Hotel is average didn't really see any hotel staff after check-in. we paid for the full buffet breakfast for 3 nights, I would suggest avoiding this if you like a well cooked English breakfast, cooked items bacon eggs sausage mushrooms all cold first day eggs sat in oil. Staff in restaurant not particularly friendly. Stayed at this hotel same time last year and I feel the standards have slipped."

"The Staff were excellent, friendly, professional, lovely. The barman we met, sorry we did not take names, was so knowledgeable, made our visit extra special. Then the dining experience made us feel very special, very attentive, polite service from the team. The breakfast was awesome, all the ladies working there were so nice, superb. We also had the pleasure of meeting a lady working at the bar, remember her name, she did write it down, Sabina had a beautiful smile and chatted to us...

"Central location. Room 6th floor quite noisy on road side. Tea tray replenished and towels were replaced however bed not made up? Bathrobes not supplied as we’re supposed to have been. On arrival told breakfast was an extra charge (this was pre paid). Brought all my concerns to attention after checking they said breakfast was included but no outcome with the robes.
