Cari Hotel di Orange County

"The building is so rickety , it creeks and dings all day and night, it was remodeled but idk what was causing the noises. Called down to front desk to see if we can have a room change because the room next to us had a dog barking all night, I have a 1 year old who kept getting woken up by the barking. Had two sleepless nights.. front desk couldn’t do anything because every room was booked. They offered to send security up to check, don’t know if that happened but the barking continued all night....

"You can’t take your own drinks or food in the pool area only the items you bought from the hotel which you would think they had better selection of food and drinks and snacks. We had to ask several times for toilet paper. They were nice and hotel clean but just needs more focus on better customer service/experience."

"Very close to Disneyland, location was excellent and parking was reasonable. Room was subpar. Definitely not a 4star In the morning they ran out of coffee and did not refill the canister which was surprising because it was only 8:30am. Asked for a cup of water and was told they do not put out water until 11am. Expected better service from this hotel. I would try elsewhere next time"

"El personal es muy amable, por la distancia a los parques de Disney tiene alta demanda, el desayuno que se ofrece es bastante bueno, sin embargo, la habitación es mala, la alfombra muy sucia, polvo en los muebles, la bañera muy vieja, silla manchada, el aparato de clima muy ruidoso y tiene huecos por donde se metían insectos. No regresaríamos."

"The hotel was super great for our 2 year old granddaughter with the big pool and water park for her age! But do not count on Wi-Fi in the room at all, for downtime it was not usable and when my hubby needed to logon for work for a short time he was not able to even after calling the Wi-Fi company they contract with. We loved the close proximity to Disney!"

"We enjoyed our stay. The staff was knowledgeable and kind, and the rooms were clean. It was within walking distance to a mall and many restaurants. The hotel is not fancy but well kept, and the location could not be more perfect for walking to Disneyland. Will definitely stay again in the future."

"The pool was great fun! It was clean, and there were plenty of towels, and lounge chairs. Breakfast was delicious, and the food was excellent and well presented. The room was super lean, plenty of towels, and bathroom amenities. They had a shuttle to Disneyland that left every 30minutes, so you could go to your room during the day if you needed to, the staff was super friendly and helpful also. I would stay here again."

"The staff was awesome. The room was horrible it smelled like powder and off cleaning products. My husband has asthma and we had to book a near by hotel to get away from the masked musty smell. The air quality is awful."

"The room bathroom had low flowing shower water, and general public restrooms need more attention to cleanliness. With a child friendly facility accidents happen and there needs to be more attention put to this reality."

"The hallway smell so bad . My gf and i go late that night . They say lobby is close you can’t sit there make my gf go to room wait for me. Parking always out. Key is not working always click button call for help to open the door"

"We were greeted at the Disneyland Hotel by friendly staff members that quickly helped us to get checked in. Our rooms were ready and the Bell Person came to our rooms with our 15 bags very quickly! Therefore was beautiful and well maintained! The best part was the easy entrance and exit to the Disney parks ! It was my granddaughters first visit to Disneyland and she loved the hotel! It is so kid friendly!"
