"The lady that checked us in was very rude, we stated we had reservation for 2 rooms. She was not patient in helping us, we had 2 rooms under same reservation with 2 different names, another gentleman helped us find the 2 room and was very patient and professional, not sure what kind of day that lady was having, but she was not helpful"

"We got a good room during our stay. Very close to front desk so we don't have to drag our huge luggage very far. Walking distance to both parks is a plus, save us couple of bucks. Free breakfast is a plus"

"They had discontinued the free shuttle to Disneyland a couple days before our stay and we didn’t know, so that was unfortunate. But we had a rental car. Otherwise great stay!"

"Fine stay for the price we stayed. Close and walkable to Disneyland which is the primary reason to stay at this hotel. Hotel needs some upkeep to flooring both in room and in common areas (broken and stained tiles in elevator lobby area and laminate in the room coming up). Room could have been cleaner . Room next to us had a dog that barked non stop from. 7 am on our last day until we checked out. The hotel did call the owner but they did not return to their room to deak with the dog."

"Room was clean enough. The hotel is very run down. The entire 4th floor smelled like spray paint the entire time we were there. It looked like they were using spray paint to patch paint scratches on the wall. One elevator and is used for the rooftop bar restaurant. We never got to use it because it was full with special events. So loud. Close and clogging the elevator and made the wait time silly for the elevator. Will most likely not be returning. Only thing going is proximity to main gate at...

"We love this place! Right behind the Radiator Springs ride, on the other side of the Disney wall. Super easy to walk to the park, the kids love the bunk beds and breakfast. Awesome spot."

"This is a nice and quiet hotel. They include parking with your stay which is awesome for this area. The staff was friendly. The hotel is a bit over half mile from Disneyland, definitely walkable. But also, car share is affordable from location. It has very nice beds and they provide good pillows. The hotel is within walking distance of food places and Starbucks. The price is very good."

"Breakfast was great! Especially if you want to save your money for a fun disney day. Having a kitchen in our room was a plus. Overall good experience and would come here again!"
